This aerial panoramic photograph of Louisville was taken from a helicopter by James Blakeway. It features downtown Louisville and the many bridges that span the Ohio River, which separates Indiana and Kentucky. The tall dark building is the National City Tower. The tall building with the domed roof is the 35-story Aegon Center. The twin red-roofed buildings is the Galt House. The bridges crossing the Ohio River are the Kennedy Bridge and the George Rogers Clark Bridge which is often referred to as the Second Street Bridge. The closest bridge is a no longer used railroad bridge. Louisville is most famous for being the home of the Kentucky Derby.
