Steven Dews has been acknowledged by The Mail on Sunday as Britains top living marine artist!. Born in Yorkshire 1949, he know lives between Australia and Englands southern coast. Confirmation of his pre-eminence came in a Sothebys auction in 1999, where his original Off Cowes sold for the phenomenal price of £89,500 ($140,000). Almost fifty limited editions have now been published, most of which have long been sold out.
