Carlo Bossoli Art Prints

This Italian painter was born in 1815 in Davesco, near Lugano, and he exhibited at The Royal Academy between 1855 and 1859.

After surrendering his painting duties for Queen Victoria, he travelled to Russia, Sweden and Spain painting landscapes. He finally settled in Turin, where he died in August 1884 and where most of his works are kept.
