Born in 1979 in Kingston, surrey, Caroline spent her childhood years growing up in Kuwait, Luxembourg and South Africa before returning to the UK in 1997 to persue a career in art. On arrival to the UK Caroline worked as a logo designer designing graffiti style ink drawings for Spiral Industries, a British skatewear company.
Caroline always had a keen interest in comic illustration and portraiture studying facial expressions. In 2001 she began painting seriously where she developed a series of works which were largely rooted in her experience as a desiner as well as a portrait artist.
