Born in the U.S., educated in the U.S. and Paris, France diploma from the Ecole Nationale des Beaux Arts with honors, K. Scarboro divides her time between the U.S., France, and India. She earns her living by selling her art work in various forms paintings, public art commissions murals, mosaics, bronze sculptures portraiture. Paintings are executed in oil glazes in a contemporary version of the technique employed by artists in the Flemish Rennaissance.
