Steven Dews has been acknowledged by The Mail on Sunday as Britain´s top living marine artist!. Born in Yorkshire 1949, he know lives between Australia and England´s southern coast. Confirmation of his pre-eminence came in a Sotheby´s auction in 1999, where his original Off Cowes sold for the phenomenal price of £89,500 ($140,000). Almost fifty limited editions have now been published, most of which have long been sold out.
