I'm a professional artist, living and working on the edge of the beautiful Peak District, U.K. I also trained as an art teacher and taught in schools for several years. I now run art workshops for adults.
I'm inspired by fleeting light and the effect it has on texture and colour. My favoured media are pastel and watercolour.
I've exhibited widely in the U.K. and also once in France. I've also won several awards.
My first solo 'Four Season's in the Peak' at Buxton Art Gallery was a good success and I'm currently working towards my second solo exhibition.
