Historic Architectural Rendering of Stained Glass Window
Additional information about this print:
This fine art print reproduction rendering was created by the artisans of the Conrad Schmitt Studios in the early 1900s. For over 119 years, the Studio has specialized in the fine art of conservation and interior design for buildings of architectural and historic significance throughout the country. When beginning the process of restoration and renovation for these churches, theatres and other structures, one of the first steps is to create a drawing of the changes proposed for the space. Though originally created as a tool for communicating to their clients in a visual manner, the renderings are exceptional pieces of artwork in and of themselves. This artwork shows the brush strokes off to the side of the piece as the artist did color testing and wiped excess paint from the brush during the rendering process.
