Cheque/Banker's Draft

We can also accept payment by cheque, banker's draft, or postal order. Just click on the 'Complete Cheque Order' button at checkout and then send your payment to the address below. Please write the order reference on the back of your cheque.

Shipping and Delivery

Item availability

We are able to offer over 100,000 images thanks to our partnerships with Fine Art Publishers based in the UK and mainland Europe. We try very hard to ensure that all of the prints and sculptures shown on the site are readily available. Occasionally however, a particular item may be temporarily out of stock. In this case we will ship what we can and keep the rest on back-order for you, unless you tell us otherwise.

Despatch times

Expected despatch times may be found by clicking on the 'zoom' option that accompanies each print or sculpture. Please note that the 'normally ships in' period refers to the number of days until we expect your order to leave our UK warehouse. Deliveries to UK addresses should arrive one or two working days after this. We also have an Express Service for unframed print orders, where for a supplement we can guarantee overnight delivery.

The expected despatch time for orders with more than one item will be calculated from the item with the longest despatch time - prints and sculptures that originate from our European partners naturally take a little more time. Once we have your items in house, we aim to frame and despatch within two working days.

Shipping Costs - United Kingdom

Our shipping and handling charges for UK Mainland are £7.95 for orders containing framed items and sculpture and £3.95 for unframed. This charge is per order, regardless of how many items ordered. Unfortunately, we have to pass on surcharges that our carriers impose for some off-shore locations (framed items only).

Express Shipping Option

We normally ship orders of unframed prints by post. For an extra £2.95 we can send your order by courier. This is a next working day service to the UK (exc. offshore). Please note that the selection of this service does not alter the date that we expect your order to leave our warehouse.

Shipping Costs - Rest of the World

In general, Easyart shipping costs will be determined by:

  1. Whether or not an order contains a framed print or sculpture
  2. The total weight of framed prints and/or sculptures
  3. The destination country of the shipment

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Taxes

UK and EU customers will be charged the standard rate of VAT. Other customers will not be charged tax.

Duty

Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it's a matter between you and the customs men (and women): you are responsible for any duty owed.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. Simply send us an email customercare@easyart.com with 'Order Cancellation' in the subject line. Don't forget to tell us your order number!

Returns

Our returns policy is simple: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.

At Easyart we always do our best to provide a terrific product. We hope you'll be thrilled with everything you order from us. At the same time, we realise that even we can't please all of the people all of the time!

Please note that we're not able to offer different goods in exchange for the ones you return: It simply makes life too complicated. If you want to order something else, please just order afresh from the website.

We also ask that if you are taking advantage of this offer you do so with careful thought and in genuine emergencies only. This is not intended to enable people deliberately to over-order so that they can view products with the intention of keeping some and returning others. Also please note that, in the case of framed pictures, we will have gone to a lot of trouble to make your frames exactly to your specifications, and they will not be re-usable for any other purpose.

To make sending things back as painless as possible, we've designed our returns procedure to be quick and easy.

Returns procedure

  1. Fill out the information on the Returns Form, E-mail Customer Care or call 0845 1662 732 (+44 1825 891771 Outside UK), quoting your order number and reason for the return.
  2. As soon as we receive your Returns Form or notification, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us.
  3. Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, but please allow 28 days.

Please Note:

  • Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging
  • The Easyart '14 day guarantee' does not apply to any business customers. We are however, able to offer a sample service for mouldings, mounts etc. This is to ensure that the product we supply, fully meets our customers expectation. Our guarantee for such orders therefore only covers faulty workmanship or damage whilst in transit.
  • We cannot unfortunately, refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Here at Easyart we value our customers above all else. If for any reason you have a complaint about our service, please either call our Customer Care team on 0845 1662 732 (+44 1825 891771 Outside UK), or e-mail us at customercare@easyart.com and we will do our best to make you happy again! We aim to respond to all complaints within 1 working day, but in any event it will certainly be within 5.
